For me clearly a missprint. This value for VAS seems to be cubic feed instead liters (multiply the value by 28). That means 900 liters instead 33 liters.
What actually the manufacturer says to that value?

I don't know how to measure. Plus I am kinda lazy.

Well, if your serious about getting the data, then you really have to measure the drivers.
Vance Dickason's The Loudspeaker Cookbook is an excellent resource on how to do this with a minimum of tools.
Parts Express sells the WT3 woofer tester that does this in an automated fashion for about $100. There are other tools like Liberty Instrument's Praxis that can be free if run in Demo mode. Praxis will measure T/S parameters with a minimum of invested hardware.

Yes, you are correct. Your best bet is to either measure it for yourself or maybe someone local to you can do that for you.
