Considering using 4x HiWave 2" square full range drivers (estimte 150 - 10 kHz sans Xo) + tweeter TBD.

4x 2": 89 dB, 8 Ohms, 96 W peak, 108.5 dB peak.

This project is subject to the trash bin till driver samples and/or graphs arrive (due shortly).

Xo: LP/HP 1st-order @ 3 kHz (2" will be 12 dB down @ 12 kHz). One goal is matched horizontal radiation patterns in the 2"/tweeter overlap range (I've heard such speakers and very much like the effect).

The 2" driver is 2.6" outer dimension. Two centers spaced 2.7" phase cancel at estimated 10 kHz (please correct if necessary). The 2" dimension accommodates almost any array. Will consider second LPXo on two 2" drivers to minimize phase cancellation at higher frequencies.

This is my preferred array:

Four in perfect, tight square, baffle cut vertically in half, angle the two halves inward to cross fire some point in front of the speaker. What is preferred V angle or what is preferred cross-fire point relative to listener? The tweeter centers horizontally vs. the four 2", immediately above the four 2", on separate forward-firing baffle. The tweeter face vertical plane is the "V" intersect point of the two 2" baffle halves.

Anxious to read your preferred alternate array and alternate Xo suggestions.

How much air will these four 2" move in octave 125-250 Hz vs. Dynaudio 160 mm Esotec?

TIA!
