up to 1kHz about -40dB= 0,01% and above 1kHz about -60dB=0,0001%.

See THD and step response hole two way system.
Hello, to be correct:
-40dB=1%
-60=0,1%

Any chance you could show us what the crossover looks like?
That is the knowledge and secret of the smith, it was a lot of effort and not a difficult design.

But listening change listen measure for about 9 month. That is where you can have good results when you invest time in your XO.

That is fault but how did you calculate.

My calculation.
-60dB/ 10= -6
-6 inverse log= 0,000001
0,000001*100%= 0,0001%

-10dB= 10%
-20dB= 1%
-30dB= 0,1%
-40dB= 0,01%
-50dB= 0,001%

That confuses me i will be wrong then.
I can test with dB levels or let show the thd in % with the MLS software and did a quick check then, I would have to repeat it to be sure where I went wrong.
