Default Realistic minimus 5 interest?

I picked up a pair in a local thrift store after listening to them because i thought they actually sounded very good.not a lot of bass, but the mids and highs were smooth and quite detailed.

do i just use them as is of are there some well know modifications i should consider?

these are not mine but mine look the same
