If a +ve DC voltage apply to a speaker (+ve to speaker + and gound to speaker -), what should the driver cone react? being pushed outward or pulled inward? Is this common for all drivers no matter it's woofers or tweeter?

If you have a jbl driver you might be surprised. Normally a DC+ will give you forward cone movement.
Use a 1.5V battery for your test. Do it for only as long as it takes to get your answer. Do this with woofers and mids only. Tweeters sometimes don't like it. |

Thx for the prompt advice, since some of my drivers have no polarity mark on them which I need to figure it out.

The test remains the same.
