NHT VT 2.4 (mid range)- damage/ replacement

Hi guys, I am newbie. The mid range driver of my VT2.4 has been damaged. Can anyone suggest how to get the replacement? The dealer in my country is not active, and I cannot get the driver from them.
If I wanna modify drivers and crossover, anyone has suggestion? thanks.

I have ordered from Jack and he is top notch. He is a very friendly guy and is very knowledgeable of the NHT products (he was an engineer there).
