blowing up my amp

i have 2 (4 ohm speakers) and a Power Acoustik mt820-2 amplifier. when bridged, it puts out (4 ohms) can i damage my amp like this? or over heat it?

The Power Acousitik is 2 ohm stable for each channel already.

As long as you have a stereo 4 ohm amp and two 4 ohm speakers, why not just run one speaker to each channel?
