Now i am waiting over 1 year for my items from loudspeakerfreaks.com. I sended many mails to jean benoist. One email he read here, half year ago but never answered me back. I think he wants to have a closer acquantance with his own customers and a personal visit of several deceived together with the Police is necessary.
We've also had problems with this company.
Placed an order but there was a fault when ordering and the system wrongly chose wire transfer even though credit card payment was tiecked of. Placed the order again and it went through with visa.
Emailed them about this but they haven't replied and we have not received the products. Seems like raising a visa case against them is the next step now.
Their website is now considered insecure by the browsers by the way.
