Internal Speaker cable?

Hi, can any one tell me what might be the best internal speaker (base unit) cable. I am no tec, what would i order i need about two 1 ft runs?

Since you want expensive cables (for internal/short connections) and you are in the UK, I would go to FNAC (is it over there?) or other Hi-fi shop and buy 1 meter of a good speaker cable. I personally use Noru but I use a lot of it (50m/100m). Any oxygen free, requiring that it has enough power/diameter should be enough, if not you can look elsewhere.
