Default Altec Santana enclosures

Hello, I would like to build Santana 879A cabinets. Could some one tell me what the dimensions are? Many thanks!

Greets!

I've never seen a dimension drawing for this model, but IIRC there's one or more folks on the Altec forum that owns them that might can help you out: Altec User's Board - Hostboard

The 879A cabinets were 25.625 x 20.5 x 17 inches. I suspect that might be the external dimensions.

That's too small for best bass, but it keeps the excursion under control. Even so, it's limited to about 25 watts. That's plenty loud, though. You don't want to use more than 50 watts, the voice coils are too fragile (underhung design).
