Default Need help with speaker recomendation KLH/Bose boxes

I have a Pair of KLH pro series 7200 with the 8" woofer blown in both, was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a replacement maybe something better? Would like to be under 75 each but that can vary some if its worth it. Also would like to replace the tweeter in that box.suggestions?? and Xover point? I also have a pair of Bose model 141 the speakers are fine but was wondering if there is a speaker that would be an upgrade for the box? Im new to the site always been more of a car audio guy but finding a new love for the home audio and would like to build a box later on but would just like to upgrade the cabinets i have now if anyone thinks its worth it. any help is appreciated!

If I were you, I'd look around for a popular choice of that size of driver somewhere here, and see if it will fit your boxes. You'll want to know the type of box you have, the basic calculations to see whether they'll fit, and how high in frequency you'll want to take them. You'll also want to know how sensitive they should be, and it will help considerably if you can do crossovers.

On the other hand, you could try something new?
