Default Combining zaph 5.2 with a pair of RS-270

I built a pair of Zaph's ZMV5 a couple of years ago and have enjoyed the sound of them after combining with an HT subwoofer at 120 HZ. When zaph released his ZA14-8 I promptly bought a pair but have never implemented them into a design. I also have a pair of Dayton RS270-8 that have yet to find a home. I was thinking of mounting each of the rs-270 in a 43 liter sealed box and bi amping them with the ZA 5.2 sealed design using an active crossover. From Zaphs's plots of the 7 liter sealed cabinet it appears that 180 HZ crossover point with the sealed za5.2 roll off might give the best sound. I mainly listen to classical and jazz. I would like comments on my idea and if you think my parts and time would be better used elsewhere I would like to know also.

Default bumping because I am in sincere search of advice

I read through my original post and decided it looked as if I have more experience than I do.My multi-way speakers build experience is a pair of zaphs smv5. I have built and smoked 1 side of a leach amp. and I have built a 3785 based gain clone. Point is my expeience marginal at best. I do have rf hardware design and test experience and some oth the knowlege transfers directly back to audio testing.
I would like to get a bit more specific with my questions.

!. Does the use of the sealed zaph 5.2 along with sealed Dayton RS-270 make sense? One can use the ported version of the zaph 5.2 and get kind of close on the low fequency response. I have heard over and over that seal drivers produce better sound for the kind of music I listen too but have never seen any hard data.

2. I am puchasing parts for sallen key filters to act as the filter between the Zaph Audio 5.2 unit the rs270. I will be using some of the Salas and friends designed pre amplifier boards to control main gain as well as gain between the different active amplifiers. Do you believe this is a superior solution to using a sub amp out on one of my commercial recievers. I think most are from the 150 tp 120hz for low range drop off expeciallys seeing the Zaph 5,2 natural roll off in the sealed 7 liter container. I may have one commercdial amp which ges up to 180 hz. What do you think, build the Salln-key filters or go with a commercial filter with sub out? With Sallen-key fislters we could crossover up to 300 Hz.

3.I keeps seeing people reccomend dual RS270s.Is there something I am nissig in the specs. I know bi amping between the rs270 and the ZA5.2 make the sensitivity matching iirrelevent. sensitivity of rs-270 87.5 at 1 watt@1meter the za14 canme in at 87 +or - 2 db/2/Meter. Personnally I don't see the need for a second woofer except may be looks but then again I am inexperienced.

Thanks in advanece for any hep or comments as i am buying parts now.
