Default KEF parts needed

I have a pair of KEF C80s and the tweeter just went out on one of them. The distributer in the U.S. says the replacement is a
SP-1210x and he wants $110.00 for each.
Is this a reasonable price, shall look around for something else,
will I need to replace both tweeters ?
If another tweeter would work as well, what would it be ?

thanks in advance
