Default is my 3 way wired in right

how do I wire this up????
Hello I have a couple of old radioshak speakers that someone built. there is a sub wooffer (Korea ?SHARP? PT#C250L22S3251), mid range 650-11K? stated on back (radio shack pt# 40-1282C), and a tweeter (radio shackpt#40-1278B). The Universal 3-way cross over (radio shack PT 40-1299A) has terminals A-F, with two letters designated (choice of frequency) for each speaker along with a negative for each speaker. I am trying to find out if it is wired in corectly.

All of the negative line up, the positives for the wooffer :B
mid
tweeter :F
my main question is that the positive for the tweeter doesnt go directly to the tweeter, instead it connects to a "fork of two capacitors (??), one
?capacitor? is soldered to the tweeter and one is soldered to the mid range, does this sound right??

Does the speaker sound OK as it is or are you trying to fix a problem with its sound?
