I was going to build a "tower" or full range speaker, but I'm wondering if I should you used a loaded horn or a silk dome tweeter?
I'm driving about 50 to 80 watts thur the tweeter |

Horn loaded may offer better pattern control and may need less power. You could even get rid of the midrange.
