Hi guy's Great Site,
Just looking for some Guidance / Ideas I am thinking of either the Delta Pro 18 A or the Sigma Pro 18A2 and using the Cubo 18 Cabinet Design, But i really like the Look of the MTH-46LC Now the 18's should give me some Really good Low end, But to Give My Bass Some Punch i thought i would use some Delta 10's in a Ported enclosure these could also fill in the midrange, Now as to the actual configuration X-Over etc i am undecided what to do, i was thinking 1x18,3x10 Series Parallel on a 2 way crossover about 2.5k-3.5k plus Tweeter, Or would be better with 1x18,4x10 3 way crossover 250-3.5k But i think this would starve the 10's of any real punch. Anyone have any good idea's about plans for the 3x10 Delta 10A. I am relatively new at all this, and decisions decisions decisions The rig is for Home use Movies & Parties and will be powered by a Hardon Kardon Amp. Acreage and a large house is great |

You should certainly go Active . 3 X 10 in parallel means 8/3=2.3 Ohm or you've got to add one more to make series-parallel and have Ztot=8 Ohm. But you'll have to double also the 18s to have the same SPL
But you are active ! So what's the problem ? |

Thats where i'm Stuck ?
One thought is go series Parallel, with the 18, giving me 8 Ohms and a 2 way passive, or go 3 Way, and use 4 10's, But i don't want to loose the punch the 10's give to the bass |
