Hi guys,

I inherited a pair of home audio drivers, the audax HM100C0 https://www.madisound.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=101
They are 4 inch and in pretty good shape. I also have a 50 x 2 amp.

Could you guys help me build a 2 way system?

Looking for tweeter and box suggestions! Thanks!

Very nice.
If you go to the MADISOUND website, you can download a .pdf file datasheet for that driver. At the bottom of the datasheet is suggested box and alignments. Looks like you could build a 10 litre enclosure and tune it to 48Hz.

Thanks for the link. However, I'm a real newb and don't know squat about speaker building.

I dug some more on the attic and also found a pair of:

Dayton RS180-4 woofer
Vifa D27TG-05-06 tweeter

I wonder if I could somehow integrate these 3 pair of speakers into a 2-3 way. Could someone please advice? --Also upon further inspection, they are in pretty poor shape. The dustcaps of the Audax woofers have been pushed in, and they also have some mold and dust. I took some pics and will try to upload them soon.

Thanks

With the VIFA tweeters and the DAYTON woofers, you have the potential for a great set of two way loudspeakers!

I wouldn't try to integrate a 5 inch woofer and a 7 inch woofer into a three way loudspeaker, almost doesn't make sense.
A 6-7 inch woofer and a 1 inch tweeter is the epitome of a two way!
