How would you model this horn?

Ok, was wondering if any of you hornresp/Akabak whizzes could help me figure out how to model this horn concept.

Say you take a 60hz tractrix horn with intended bandwidth up to 250hz and point it at the floor. Obviously there is some floor (mouth) reflection to contend with. How could you model this?

For concreteness, here is what I mean. Example of the horn profile is here:
hifi heroin: Good Times, Bad Times, part III

Inspiration of orientation comes from these speakers (see attached pic).
