I found the file so I'll just post it for all to see. I just reloaded everything on my computer and havent gotten to autocad yet, so I can't look at it to make sure I didn't mess with it. Its for a 1" straight bit, but I've been using it with a 3/4" and just putting the pin 4 holes bigger. Have fun.

Note, I had to change the file extension to get the forum to attach it. It must be changed from .txt to .dwg.
