Just used winISD to calculate box volume and port dimensions for a pair of 2-way boxes. Using 4 x 4ohm 5.25" midbase drivers wired series-parallel. WinISD (at least the version I used) does not have series-parallel capability, so I entered parallel. Would the calculations be the same with series-parallel wiring? Thanks

box volume and port dims are not dependent on connections. for 4 woofers regardless of connection they are just 4x the volume of a single woofer. The port size depends on volume, so figure out the port size that tunes the 4x volume to the correct frequency.
