Default replace tweeter wharfedale evo 40

Hi,

I want to replace two broken tweeters of my Wharfedale evo 40's.

I would like to know how to disconnect the tweeter wire, without making too much damage to the original connection.

When looking to the below picture, do i have to disconnect the tweeter wire at the point of the blue arrow or at the red arrow? I assume the red one, but if this is the case do I have to remove the heat shrink tubbing? Thx for your help!
