One look at the frequency response and impedance plots would be enough to send me scampering away.

Those must be without an XO.

Flaws? Ya, you can't place them face down. Other than that, never heard them so...

What do they cost?

Ouch, I just looked. Yes I see another serious flaw. $1100 a piece.
