I have Energy speaker eXL-28P that has a damage on the speaker cabinet.
Each speaker has an 8" side-firing subwoofer powered by a 100-watt RMS MOSFET amplifier that doesn't seem to work (the light on the front of the speaker stays out) but I still heard the bass sound coming out. I would like to use the driver (Tweeter, Mid and Subwoofer) and making posibility a bookshelf speaker. I knew I can use the crossover for Mid and tweeter but I need to make the sub woofer become passive Any idea how to salvage this one? The problem is I don't have too much information on the spec other than manual that I found online http://portablemedia.manualsonline....s/e:xl-28p.html tks Alex |
