can the crossover handle the power? Have you used parts that are sufficiently rated? What kinda power are you pushing through?

50w, i think it can handle the power. Maybe the crossower is incomplete? (a l-pad or something like this)

Usually there is some sort of resistor ot L-Pad on the tweeter to get it to match the level of the other sections. There may also be one on the midrange. Your mid and tweeter are close are close in sensitivity, but the tweeter should have some pad.

How does the tonal balance sound? Is the bass section weak compared to the others?

Also, double and triple check your wiring, there may be a problem there.

It sounds wery well when the volume is not so high. The twiter makes the buzz sound when it playes the high notes. I checked 10 times the wiring. The problem is that i don`t know how to calculate tle pad or other thing. It will help me very much if someone modifies my crossover scheme and puts a pad or other thing.

To me the inductor on the tweeter looks too small. It may be causing peaking near the crossover point. About twice the value, or 0.22mH would be better. A slightly smaller cap, too, like 1.8uF, if you have it.

For the L-pad, try approximately 1.6 Ohm in series, 30 ohm in parallel. Or buy an L-Pad and wire it in.

Place the L-Pad just before the speaker driver you want attenuated.
Usually the tweeter is more sensitive than midrange or bass drivers so it usually needs to be padded down.

Here is the L-Pad calculator.
