DDS waveguides, have they improved?

I'm interested in a pair of waveguides to mate with a pair of BMS 4540ND compression drivers. The DDS ENG I-90 Pro used to be regarded as an excellent waveguide. However, I have heard that the build quality became subpar.

Has DDS got their act together? Has anyone purchased anything from them recently?

I'm not sure what other options exist for waveguides. The 18sound waveguides seem to be well regarded, yet I believe they may utilize a diffraction throat.

FYI, they will be crossed to TD15M drivers.

Any thoughts?

Don't have an answer for you. Hadn't heard anything about build quality issues so I'll just get in line behind you and wait for some answers.
