I have a few older tweeters that could use new fluid in the gap.
Is there a "proper way" to align the voice coil in the magnetic gap using a multi meter? Or do you use some sort of signal generator? These tweeters that I have are unlike some of the B&W tweeters where they have alignment knubs. These were easy to realign after replacing the ferro fluid. I have successfully cleaned out all the old ferro fluid in them and I now have the new ferro fluid (from parts express) ready to go... Any tips would greatly be appreciated |
