Samson Resolv 65a

Hi Folks hows it going? I have been given a pair of resolv 65a's very kindly to use as part of my basic bedroom studio. The woofers and tweeters are gone on both monitors and I am looking at having them replaced. I have been informed that original resolv woofers are fairly cheap but the tweeters are a lot more expensive. I would like very much if someone could give me advice on the cheapest possible remedy to this situation. I do have a pair of skytronic woofers available but they are 8inch diameter and won't fit in the cabinets would people recommend building a seperate set of cabinets and refitting the amps and crossovers or is this too much hassel for the sake of a couple of euros? Advice very much appreciated!

Have you tested the drivers using another amp? IOW, what exactly are they sounding like for them to be considered gone?

Have you contacted Samson? I'd get exact prices before making any decisions.
