Default Should a near-field use tweeter be different from a regular tweeter?

What do you think of the Usher 9950? Is there anything else you recommend in that sort of budget range? - I want a good balance between detail and not-harsh and this one looked interesting. What I'm wanting to build is a small bookshelf for use with the computer.
