Default Wharfedale sfb3 experiences?

Anybody ever hear one of these old open baffle designs in action? Kinda cool - same form factor as a vintage Quad ESL, had a 12", a 10" and a 3" speaker. What were your listening impressions?

This guy built his own replica's and used the Hawthorne Audio Silver Iris 15" co-axials.

Beautiful.

I might be able to get a pair of these - my plan is to take care of cosmetic issues and listen to them stock (if the drivers all still work) for a little while, then build an "insert" to allow me to bolt my Tang Band 1808 into one of the existing speaker holes (and cover the other speaker hole), and use it like that most of the time. If I ever tire of it, I could put it back to stock to sell. I can't decide whether to put the TB into the 12" or 10" location. I'll repost if that plan happens.
