My favorite chapter so far in the Shackman book is titled ...."Dicker Magnete" . Now I just need to learn how to read German.

Perhaps one of the users (with same perfect language knowledge by English and German) can perform a translation for the main fraction with english languages. My own english isn't perfect enought for that. The complete book is free to download for all.

Literally: Intelligence instead of big magnets.
Actual meaning is probably more along the lines of 'better design rather than just bigger magnets'.

I know this must be very disappointing for the anglophones around here! ;-)


ps: I suppose I could do a decent job translating this but (and this is a big BUT(T), even bigger than my wifes!) I truly loath translating texts and there is no way I'd go through that torture for free. Sorry!!!
