Best pair of 5 1/4" speakers for under $40?

I'm working on the stereo system in my Jeep Cherokee. I just got a 180 watt JVC CD player...now it's painfully obvious that I need new speakers.

I don't know very much about car audio...can someone point me in the direction of the best 5 1/4" speakers I can get for under $40? (pair)

I don't know about current drivers, but the Radio Shack 40-1354 has to be one of the value leaders of all time.

Peerless CDC130C04 Auotmobile drivers. They are about 30-40 bucks Canadian from Solen. Solen also has Illusion Audio drivers for about 40Canadian on sale...the LM-504s I think.
