Keesonic Skouts with SEAS 21 F-WBMX ?

Hi, A friend has just got a pair of Keesonic Skout speakers from a local charity shop. The Bass SEAS drives ( SEAS 21 F-WBMX ) need new surrounds, but otherwise they look very nice.

Can anyone tell me anything about the speakers ? Keesonic were a UK Brand in the 70's of excellent pedigree:

However I can find nothing about the Skout model , just the kubs

Also I'm not clear on what the surround material is - anyone know if the SEAS used a rubber or foam surround ?
