as I cant read German, it took a while to find it, but for other English readers, exactly:
Mitteltöner, midrange, Konusmitteltöner, Konus-Mitteltöner, Isophon mts 120 ALU, Mike Koch Audio
under: Download Katalog-Datenblatt Isophon

that narrow 99 mm frame would be very good for a "baffle-less" open baffle
