Default khorn style b cabinet plans

I am looking for khorn style b cabinet plan/drawing.

I am in process of converting my khorn style C into B.

I basically need the exact :
A: dimensions and the location of the riser
B: dimensions of the additional bottom plate needed for the mid range/tweeter assemblies.
