hi can anyone help me ? can i use tannoy dual concentric drivers from one speaker to make another, ie- if i had a set of 10" drivers could i make set of turnberrys (excuss the spelling please) thanks

I don't think you could build a Turnberry unless you have the same driver and make a similar crossover and cabinet. You could still build a nice sounding speaker if you do the crossover and cabinet right.
