Is it possible to replace active speakers AMP?

I have a set of 3 way active speakers that has an ICE plate amp that powers the speaker. Each speaker is internally tri-amplified (1,000W-700W-300W). Could I buy a different amp connect it to the speaker and still have leave the crossovers in place? I believe it runs some sort of DSP, so by changing the amp would I destroy the SQ?

I have no clue about speakers, BTW. So I am sorry if my question is silly.

The crossovers will be active (on the input of each amplifier), so you'd need to make another one for after an amplifier. Alternatively, you could use 3 new amplifiers, use the crossovers that come with it and work that way. If the amplifiers etc run DSP, it's best to leave it alone, as it would be difficult to replicate.

It is highly unlikely you will have that much amplification. Even the best quality drivers can't handle power of that magnitude. The spread of power seems equatable but TOO much. I have a 160VA transformer powering my active 3 ways and too much volume leads to one thing quickly - deafness!
Can you identify the make and model of the drivers?

Hey Frank, they in fact do have amps of those sizes.

The speakers are called Catalysts from Seaton sound. here is a link to their specs. The Catalyst - Now Available For Order - Seaton Sound Discussion Forum

The reason why I am asking this is b/c I am having trouble getting the amps to function in my house which is in Japan. I don't know for sure, but after testing everything else the only thing left is the amps.
