Default Passive 3 way crossover

Hello
I have a 3 way speaker for PC (genius SP-HF1800A)
When I listen to speaker it seems that mid-range and tweeter drivers have poor response
I opened it. The Chip was sta540sa and crossover network was like attached diagram
only two capacitors!
Information about this speaker From Genius Web Site:
SP-HF1800A is the new 3-way Hi-Fi wooden speaker system with 50 watts RMS audio output. With this 3-way design, SP-HF1800A uses Hi-Fi crossover technology that makes each speaker unit respond to high, middle and low frequency respectively
SP-HF1800A integrates all sound into the perfect enveloping effects around the listener with magnificent, balance, vivid, and richer quality. The middle driver uses the 4” close frame speaker unit to deliver more accurate sound performance for vocal and most instruments from 500Hz to 7,000 Hz frequency. The lower 4” woofer is for long and deep bass without distraction less than 500Hz frequency. For personal sound preference, just adjust the Bass and Treble controls.

with this informations
- Please Describe this crossover network for me.
- Please suggest a good 3 way passive crossover network for this speaker
Best Regards

1. It's a 3-Way with a 1.Order on mid and a 1.Order on tweeter.
2. I suggest buying new "high quality" caps of the same value for a better sound, for a start, is the improvement within your reach.

Well it,s the most basic "crossover technology" there is.
You can try better caps, but don't go hi-end, as you will be wasting your money, try Erse or Dayton, they will be more than enough, but to be honest I would not expect much improvement .
You might get some improvement by stuffing a few handfulls of Polyfill in them, the results can be surprising.
As for a new crossover network for a three way, well I,m still on two ways myself, and they make my head hurt, so good luck with that.
