Default FX 208EZ w/neoCD 2.0

Looking for a little advice. I am building a BIB style speaker with the Fostex 208EZ (yes big....) and using fountek neoCD 2.0 as an adjunct tweeter to fill out the top end.
I am planning a higher cross over, 8000hz or so, to utilize the 208ez a bit more (they do have phase plugs) and use the fountek's lower end a little less. 1st order, simple plan.

The question is that the fountek is 95db 1W/1m, 7ohm with a built in zobel
the fostex is 97db 1W/1m 8ohm with my added zobel.
Is this small sensitivity mismatch important, or will the small impedance difference make up for it?

I will be using some digital room correction/equalization, so I figure that could make up for small issues better than trying to attenuate the woofer, but would like to hear some knowledge.

I was not planning any BSC as I am a little worried I will have too much bass in this system anyway due to my room configuration and the super-size BIB. I would think BSC would only make the driver mismatch worse, but correct me if I am wrong.

I have not really figured out, or done sufficient research to determine how the box will affect speaker sensitivity, so input (or pointing to learning sources) will be educational.

I am not willing to use active cross overs, so no suggestions along this line.
Thanks in advance!!

Ok, now I have seen several listed sensitivities of the neoCD 2.0 showing 95db 1W/1m, 97db and 98db. Anyone have a sense what it really is? Or should I just not worry about it....
