Default within passband phase inversion

Ran some HolmImpulse tests on a 2-way system I'm developing. The resp/phase results showed 2 phase inversions. One at the crossover point of 2500 hz (expected) and another within the woofers pass band, around 400 hz.
I don't understand the latter. Room mode effect perhaps? I'm testing the speaker in a 13 ft sq room with the speaker pointed on a corner to corner direction to minimize reflections/mode effects.

Any help would be appreciated.

xover is 2 order LP and 3rd hp.

How far away is the measurement mic? Meaning - how much room tone are you getting?

Yes, I saw you over there.
Well at 1M and up off the floor, it may not be room. I see some odd phase kinks in my woofers, too. Not sure what causes them. Maybe cabinet resonances? Baffle kinks?

Here's a thought. How does it measure out of the cabinet, just naked? Or on a simple baffle board? Or with no crossover in place?

Haven't done any BB measurements with HI. I used ATB PC Pro during my BB dev. phase and just did WT impedance T/S stuff on the bare woofer.

When I transfer the HI file over to my desktop I'll post a pic of the speaker resp/phase I'm asking about. Maybe that wll help.
I checked cabinet resonances this morning and they are minimal.
