I need an cheap project for the speakers that are 8 ohms and sensitivity of about 90dB or higher.

The PSD2002 is a very good driver. You can also test for Eminence Beta 10 CX & APT50.
What about Eminence for home audio
You have also the most recent development for the Burning Man Festival from diyAudio.

Hmm...

Small speakers (bookshelf) + high efficiency means deep bass won't happen.

A single full-ranger, perhaps?

Many say that he Adir 1.10 are quite good!
Does someone has or has had the opportunity to hear the adire?
And maybe fostek driver in smal bookshelf cabinet?

Get a pair of bookshelf from Hsu speakers, rated more than 90dB, the negative side you may need a pair of sub.
