Hi all OB-fans!
I'm thinking about building the Quasar mkII, find the speaker very interesting (like the design alot! All configurations so far i've seen/read have used active filter for Alpha 15", but i currently not an owner of a activefilter. So my question is: is it possible to build a passive filter for the speaker instead? Or will it be as expensive as to buy an active filter? Any inputs? Best regards Mikael |

Thanks for that link, had totally missed it.
Since he's only using 1 15" and I'm using 2 15" I should only lower the coil from 9mH to 4.5mH for same results, right? best regards Mikael |
