I've built speakers using both of the Founteks you listed, but not any of the others. Both Founteks are very good to my ears but you'll have to cross over to the 1.0 at a higher frequency than for the 3.0 just because the two tweeters have different limitations. I prefer the 1.0 but that is likely specific to the speaker system it's in as a whole.

My crossover corner from an MDM55 to the NeoCD1.0 was just below 5 kHz.

What are you crossing over to?

One of the issues i had when playing with the Aurun Cantus (a hi-efficiency true ribbon similar to the Fountek) was that the large amount of attenuation required tended to muddy things up. I have found that the OEM RT1 from Creative Sound (made by AC), with its lower efficiency (and greater robustness) is very nice in situations where the higher efficiency units are not needed.

With the woofer at 88, mid & tweeter will need to be less than that in the end so the RT1 would be ideal. I have to keep replacing my personal set... "Can i borrow those to try?", then after a bit, "you'll have to get a new pair, i'm not giving these back"

I'm using Fountek JP3.0 and they are very good IMO.
Due to their simpler (read: lighter) ribbon they actually measure better and are more extended than Founteks more expensive offerings. That said I use them as supertweeters crossed at 10k or so.
