Default Score! Dynaco A25s for $4 each!

Pretty happy with my thrift store find today. A pair of A25s for $8. They need tweeters, but still...
The woofers look good and the cabs are OK, but need some work; some scratches, but no gouges.
I'm happy. They had a pair of Apex 710s, but didn't have them priced yet. I don't know much about the Ampex, but the Dyancos... I'm happy with my haul!
Mike

Congratulations. (one good opportunity like that in life is enough in speaker world)
I bet you are going to buy new cap (and tweeters). Please post right sequence of resistors from L-pad/xover (or complete xover) when you can, to check with mine. Some posters (xover) on the net differ in this case (or the year of the speaker, I don't know). It's possible to find similar tweeters if not interested in changing xover. Anyway different tweeters, different xovers. Knock Knock, also very good wood.
My sequence

The woofers sounds great in OB.
Remember that the VC is wound directly on paper so they have no power handling what so ever.

Here are the TS parameter from mine. (A50 built by some * as a kit, good thing the speakers was in nice condition.)
Got it for cheap.

SEAS 25 TV-EW
FS 30.71

Sd 326.85 cm^2
Bl 10.03

didn't do a wide enough sweep to get Le.

Re 12.2
Doesn't look like the same Re from the A25 (SEAS 25 TV-EW) woofer. (Don't know how much it is, says 4 Ohm on 1970 specs) The 10" is referenced as SEAS H336 (maybe an 8 Ohm?). Standard impedances are 4, 8 and 16 Ohm.

Some A25 considerations. Link: http://www.audiokarma.org/forums/showthread.php?t=56500
