Hi, I just read this query now so forgive the delay. These (Matsu) tweeters have not been produced in a few decades and I'm unaware that any are still being produced. I highly doubt it though. Alnico magnets are just too expensive to produce, especially for what would widely be considered a "mass market" tweeter. It's performance is outstanding no matter what label gets hung on it.
I'm the only guy in the world who offered them as NOS (or otherwise I think) but don't offer them anymore. Maybe I'll incorporate them as part of a finished product someday.

Supravox would be able, to re-introduce such a cone-tweeter. There are a lot of alnico versions (2000 series, also not appropriate for the mass marked).

There are undoubtedly several manufacturers out there who could make an alnico drive paper cone tweeter but I don't see why they would go to the trouble unless the niche hi-fi marketplace called for it. Like elliptical drivers, cone tweeters seem to have stigma attached to them irrespective of their potential performance.
