Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a speaker kit for a bedroom system. As I'm not at all in wood working, it must be a complete kit with cabinets like some Madisound or Parts Express kits or use a cabinet sold by one of these companies (or another company but Madisound and Parts Express cabinets are very good and prices are good also). I'd like a small 2 way with a 5 or 6"" woofer, polypropylene cone (like the sound of these cones), be an easy load 8 ohms and correct efficiency (88 dbs would be good). It would be fine if this kit uses Seas, Vifa or ScanSpeak drivers but other options are welcomed if of similar quality. I have a Madisound Loki kit in my main system (seas polypropylène coaxial) and look for similar quality. Thanks for any help |

Madisound has kits with the baffles pre-cut:

Yes I saw it but I'm looking for something smaller (their MD7.5B for instance) and using a 5 or 6" woofer (this one is a 7").

Parts-Express.com
6" design, doesn't have a poly cone or meet your efficiency requirement, though. I have a feeling it'll be tough to find what you're looking for exactly, unless you have a friend who's into woodworking - then it's easy
