Calculating panel resonance

I am trying to figure out what the natural resonance is of the panels of my box.
I have calculated it with some equations I dug up but I am pretty sure that they are higher than they should be.

Does anyone know of a quick calculator for this?

Given that many of the variables concerned with the material will be guesses, you are better off to just measure it (coud be as simple as a frequency generator & a mechanics stethescope).

I was able to come up with a range for a panel of height 11 inches using 9mm BB. Worst case (lowest freq.) comes out around 3-5k depending on the Elastic modulus I used. I thought is would be lower than this but maybe it is the correct magnitude.

I agree that your method would be be better but my way may stave off Alzheimers a little longer
