Default Assistance asked with X-over for monitor build with T330-d and 15WU8741

I’m trying to build a monitor with two Dynaudio Esotars T330-D's and two new Scan Speak Illuminator 15WU-8741. This could be a really nice upgrade compared to my Dynaudio Audience 42's (modded).

I also have two Dynaudio 24w100 and two 30w100 lying around but i don't want to use these as the WAF of the enclosure will be to low .

I plan on placing these drivers in a vented 12 liter cabinet build from 22 mm MDF. X-over will probably be something like 2200 Hz. Building a proper cross-over is something I don’t have a lot of experience with and I really need some help to get started. I have specs of both drivers and a drawing of the enclosure attached.

The collective knowledge of all of you could really help me out and i might actually learn something for future projects.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, after some three hours of trying, i'm stuck and can't get Arta to work with my soundcard. I have signal on output but nothing on the line-in and therefore can't complete calibration.

I'm using windows 7 with onboard Realtek soundchip. Anyone any tips?

Does Windows 7 have a 'mixer' window, like this? You have to select the 'line volume' fader. You also could try the asio4all driver on your soundcard.

Nice drivers BTW!

my esotar i got second hand .
so far i'm really satisfied with the result .

Andry thanx for your info.
I build your crossover design today and its less complex than what i was planning on using and sounds way better.
I inserted an 2 db L-pad on the T330 because it was a litte bright for me. I have the same volume cabinet 12.5 liters and i was wondering what the port dimensions of your design are.

Default Status update

Things are up and running for a few weeks now and i've been busy tinkering with the crossover. I have modified blue andry's crossover and ended up with the one in the pic. There were some problems in the low end but these were solved by adjusting the type and amount of dampingmaterial, i had seriously overstuffed my cabinet and the initial -2 db L-pad was changed to an -7 db(!) L-pad.

So far i have enjoyed listening to them and there should be some improvement with better crossover components and -wiring. I'm not sure what is the best way to position the drivers in the baffle, maybe someone has any hints for a small monitor as this one.
