Is this English? If so, where are the capitals and punctuation?
Common courtesy would dictate proper English when asking for assistance.

"next question" would imply that there was a first question.

20W33R would be 20 Watt, 33 Ohm resistor

47uF 250VAC would be 47uF cap, rated to 250 Volts AC.

What they do, well you'd need a schematic for that, all you've listed is two parts with no other information.

Queens English preferred if you are British

Qinz Anglish if Ozzie??

Probably a Zobel but without a schematic it is only a WAG?

I can tell you exactly what it does: it lets some electrons through but not others.

Default From what I see it is

It is looking like it is for the Zobel Impedance stablizer network for the woofer unless there is another cap in series and the resistor in parallel, for 1 cap for 6db is not going to be that high usually up to 8 uf max. So either you are missing a cap before that one and there should be also a coil in parallel for making a third order. And you would not need to use such a high wattage resistor for a tweeter.

Or such a high voltage cap.

I read this as a simple 1st order crossover, but a resistor in series to compensate for efficiency differences between the tweeter and the woofer.

Ok you guys obviously know your stuff, im trying to learn and a big thanks to the ones that answered me.

The way i described the components is how they are, just a small board 2 components going to tweeter.

Maybe i should've said its a 350wrms 8ohm woofer and a 100w 1000kohm tweeter.

The use of these components does not got to woofer at all, just thought i would let that be known also..
