so tweeter+mid woofer would fill range from 50 hz to 20khz? right? I want sound with real quality, real loudness and long time playing :P basses are important. And those speakers would suit my sub and integrated amp

I dont know your sub

What I mean is, your sub and electronics needs to fit your choise

Well, you could also build something like this
Its fully documented, and comonents are available in EU
Might work better without sub

well, 1000 USD isn't nothing for me

. Is there any speakers I can build for ~100 USD? By the way I got 1 sub with 6" bass reflex enclousure, 120W rms. I want add speakers to them with some basses, good midrange and good tweeter (midbass woofer+tweeter speaker).

Excluding cabinet materials, more than a few. Able to play loud, with authority on the bottom -- you give up some finese.

A a pair of Mark Audio CHR-70 or CSS EL70 (made by MA) in Lotus or Conniston Changs (or even more dynamics in Maeshowe -- beta testers needed). These drivers also make excellent mid-tweeters if you need MORE.

or for more bass & levels, Pioneer B20 + tweeter in something like G Chang or HalfChang or CurvyChang
