JBL E130-8 usage help

I have two JBL E130-8 speakers, and i know just about nothing about speakers besides, making noise come out of them, i pretty much plug in and test. I know these speakers are not worth destroying so i though I'd ask first.
They were used for a 4cabinet guitar stack, but I haven't used it lately. I was wondering how it would sound in a car with an Alpine FLEX2 MRP-T406 Amplifier
any help appreciated.
